Yes, of course! Trident AB does not have contracts, you can cancel the plan anytime, however, make sure to do this before your billing cycle starts to avoid getting charged for the next month.
To do this, you will have to go to your Shopify Dashboard and select the following:
1.) Apps > 2.) TridentAB > 3.) Billing Dashboard > and 4.) select Free.
1.) Click the App tab on your Shopify Dashboard. That is the 8th Tab from your left.
2.) Hover your mouse to the app TridentAB
3.) From there, click on the Billing Tab Section. That should be the second row from the Dashboard.
4.) And Final step is to select Free. (Perform this before the Billing starts to a new cycle to avoid getting charged for the next month.)
You have just canceled your plan.
You can still use TridentAB with limited features and if you decide to resubscribe, all you have to do is select the plan again.
